Politpiddle: The Language of Public Posturing (June, 2026)

Democratic Candidate Gibber:

The truth is that my campaign has crossed the Rubicon through the roof at light speed because I find common ground with checks and balances based on facts on the ground of the scorched-earth-policy. There must be a seat at the table for arbitrary and capricious critical thinking, which is at an inflection point. That is a top priority. This raises profound questions and takes the threat to our democracy to a whole new level, supported by millionaires and billionaires, which is not who we are.

The truth is that, rather than reboot the devastating travesty of struggling affordability, which would be an Orwellian non-starter, my opponent seeks blatant payback and tries to hide it behind surreal and unprecedented enforcement through capitulation. That is clearly the rampant bulwark of the fractious privatism and nuanced existential chaos and corruption of this administration and its devastating exponential hybris, supported by millionaires and billionaires. And it is broken, which is not who we are.

Republican Candidate Gibber:

The truth is that it is the will of the voters to build coalitions under the leadership of President Trump to end dysfunction, bias, and waste. A reduction in force in enhanced readiness is a top priority, as is lethality under the leadership of President Trump and not beholden to politically motivated bombshell reporting. That is a matter of national security under the leadership of President Trump.

But the truth is that a lawless and activist order from the federal judiciary of dangerous and mentally unwell criminals beholden to radical political ideology protects criminal illegal aliens who are radical left-wing Democrats, who are the worst of the worst in any way, shape, or form. But many in the lying mainstream press have been captured by a radical, activist ideology of DEI that is fundamentally opposed to telling the noble truth about the great President that we know and love. That is a top priority. They must be removed by true patriots protecting our country through maximum lethality as a matter of national security under the leadership of President Trump.

The truth is that the President’s agenda that our country stands for is a priority for our great nation and should shape the narrative, but that is going to hell because enhanced readiness and lethality will move the needle as a matter of national security under the leadership of President Trump. Our men and women in uniform should not be a partisan issue, so troops may be needed in Democrat-run hell holes as a matter of national security under the leadership of President Trump.

Talking-Head Gibber:

The truth is that with prices plummeting to the skies, as it said in The New York Times, the Administration’s unhinged bloodbath against toxic mishigas is essentially chilling delusional overreach, which could be devastating for our democracy, which is an experiment. With the country more divided than it has been since whenever it was divided just as much, fraud & inefficiency remain a heart-rending journey into transactional lethality, which is fraught.

However, as it said in The New York Times, the truth is that for our men and women in uniform the opposition primarily aims to weaponize an empathy spike to try to reset the Rubicon, which would be rampant unacceptable delusional dignity that is largely granular and shambolic but also unfathomable, which, as it said in The New York Times, is fraught.

(Source: The basic text of this page was originally derived from unthinking catch phrases in countless soundbites by various politicians from the 1990s onward, who were probably convinced —perhaps correctly— that most of their listeners wanted to vote for really stupid people. It has been rewritten as each election cycle has brought its own, new, mindless words and turns of phrase. People have stopped talking about Al Gore’s bridge to the new millennium or George Bush’s imminent risk of Iraq invading Iowa, and even Donald Trump’s “herd immunity” sounds so last month. But the politicians’ underlying conviction that voters prefer sanctimonious stupidity hasn’t changed much. Neither has the frenetic copying of words and ideas from one passionate but vacuous candidate or commentator to another.)
