Dear Margaret,

Tomorrow we are going to start drilling again. We thought we were through with all that when we left the States, but here we are at it again. We have some interesting neurological cases in the house now, and I spend all morning reading up on methods of examination. A great deal of material was recalled that I hadn't run across since medical school.
