About Me

I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Linguistics at UC San Diego. My main interests are in syntax, semantics, and morphology. You can find out more about my work on my research page. Prior to coming to UCSD, I completed my PhD in linguistics in 2019 at UC Berkeley and my BA in linguistics in 2014 at The Ohio State University.

Aside from my interests in linguistics, I enjoy cooking, hiking, piano, pie, and hanging out with my dog Vincent.
