My name is Savithry Namboodiripad (/saːvit̪riː n̪ampuːt̪iɾipːaːɖə/; I go by Savi), and I'm a PhD candidate in Linguistics at UC San Diego.

I study language contact, variation, and change. For my PhD thesis, I conducted psycholinguistic field experiments investigating language experience and use of variable constituent order in Malayalam.
