Ink, watercolor, and tempera on paper. This book of drawings was produced after Howling Wolf's release from Fort Marion.

This drawing depicts a Sun Dance. Clark's inscription reads: "Medicine Lodge. Commencement of Ceremony, the grand entry of the Medicine Men, who all shoot at the little image hanging at the Centre Pole."
