Wrap-up Stage Planning Guide
After the pursuit of the project has been completed, your role as coordinator is not over. It is important educationally (for students and teachers and other participants) for people to send "wrap-up" messages. These are summary messages for the participants of the project, describing what happened and what people learned. The "wrap-up" report is aimed at the project participants, while the "publication" report is aimed at people who haven't participated in the project.
Elements of a wrap-up summary message to the project participants
- a project summary
- thank you's
- plan for publication
- request reports of local adaptions
- request feedback from the project participants, in order to make improvements next time: "like best", "like least", "change next time" questions
