This week I will babble about rhetorical coherence, no doubt incoherently, hence the title. The information I impart will be of extremely low entropy, much like rhetorical questions (Rohde, SDLP 2, 2005). That is to say that I will not only offer little information, but will employ a great many words in doing so. Indeed, you'll be lucky if I have anything more to offer than the results of an unimaginative Google search for rhetorical questions, which will take the usual 0.07 seconds (or .06832451 before Google started rounding off search times).
