Prohibitive. A proscriptive marriage system is one that specifies whom Ego may not marry, leaving broad choice of others.

Comment:

All societies have incest prohibitions, so in that sense all societies have proscriptive marriage systems, and the term is rarely particularly useful compared with its opposite, prescriptive.
