Biobib Instructions
Please review these basic guidelines prior to updating your BioBib form:
1) Never renumber/reorder any items previously listed on your Bibliography (with the exception of in progress (section C) work). If something needs to be moved or corrected in section A or B, discuss with Collette.
2) Always ensure the publication title, author names (including your own), and author order match the copy of the publication you submit exactly
3) 'Forthcoming' is not an accepted description. Be sure to indicate whether unpublished items are In Press (in final form, with only publication pending) or Accepted (manuscript has been accepted for publication, but may still be edited). Both can be listed as Section A items.
4) For co-authored work, it is required that you include a brief description of your specific contributions at the end of the citation. The CRediT Taxonomy provides useful definitions of different types of contributor roles that are accepted by campus reviewers.
5)
Standard practice is for Section II to only include only activities that are new or continuing in the current review period with the exception of Honors and Awards (which typically includes full career). However, faculty can choose to keep previous items using the same above/below the line practice as in the bibliography.

Student Evaluations
All files should include at least one form of evaluation for both the undergraduate and graduate level. To review your evaluations on file,
go to the UCSD secured Evaluation System. Collette will add copies of these evaluations to your file, but you may want to refer to these in your sliced bread memo. So, please review them and be sure to address any low approval ratings and/or significant issues raised in student comments and also highlight any particularly good results in your memo. If you do not have any graduate course evaluations on file, please contact Collette to discuss alternatives. For all career reviews, the department will also solicit feedback from graduate students you have been working with for inclusion in your file (Graduate Advisor Evaluation).
