Pursuit Stage Planning Guide

Once the project actually starts, there may be relatively few network exchanges, as each site concentrates on doing their part of the project. However you as coordinator may still want to be proactive to keep the project on track. You'll of course want to help solve any problems or resolve any issues that arise. But you may also want to send some "keeping-things-alive" messages. The problem solving exchanges will come to you; you don't have to seek them out. However, the "keeping-things-alive" messages are your responsibility as coordinator - if you don't send them out, the project may "die" through the lack of communication. Here is a "keeping-things-alive" message assistant to help you generate these messages. However, you'll need to remember to use it! :-)
